It’s frustrating to hear, so I can only imagine…I’m sorry you’re going through this. Other than taking comfort in knowing you are not alone, this is a good example of how these forums can actually make it worse…it must feel like you’re just being passed by!
Although, I hope you didn’t actually pay for it yet, the “service” center can’t be happy it’s sitting there taking up space either…that may be where you can find an ally to address the issue. (If you have already paid, the threat of the Lemon Law would force them to address it sooner.)
