Should be there by now, but it can be easy to miss, take a look at the 'balance calculation' section it should show there.

Do you mean "Balance history"? Nope, not there.

Mind you, my January bill came through on the 4th, so it will probably be on the next one.

I don't have anything entitled "balance calculation" and don't seem to have got it... are you referring to the "Total Consumption for period" and "Breakdown by Rate" ... wait a minute ... here's a screen shot:

I didn’t get a rebate. However I didn’t charge the car that morning, and we didn’t cook Christmas lunch for free because the pub did that for us ! Nothing lost, nothing gained !

No, mine was entirely separate from any bill, in the “Balance history” page, an entry on 21st Jan for “customer reimbursement”.
Did you opt-in to it from the email they sent on 23rd December?

I Twitter messaged them with pics of the readings at 8am & 11.59am & they refunded me (as I wasn't quite on the Go tariff even though the smart meter was installed)

I've not had a leccy bill since Nov, just Gas bills. No idea what's going on there.
It will most likely be because your electricity readings aren’t reliably getting to Octopus. Even one 30 minute slot missing can mean no automatically generated bill. This is a weakness in the Octopus system.

I would contact them and get it resolved, as it may not cure itself.

Yes I opted in ... and no it isn't in my balance history either ... I'd better drop them a line.

Finally got the Christmas day rebate - 76p.:(

It should be £4.38, calculating from what the bill says. It was between the hours of 8am and 12 noon wasn't it?

I’ve not had mine at all. I guess I’ll need to get back in touch with their hit and miss support.

I've just received a reimbursement of 76p as well but it doesn't say it's for Christmas so maybe that's something else.

I believe they said something like the amount used or if unable to retrieve readings within 7 days an average amount of all participants would be reimbursed. Found it now. Hopefully that isn’t the case.

Just seen mine for 76p too. Strange as the bill for December 25th was perfectly itemised for each half hour during that period and so it should have been £2.79!

I’ve just received a response from Octopus saying they’re working their way through the accounts and they’ll send a confirmation email, once it’s done.
We’ll see.
