Octopus Energy Survey - Get a free day* of electricity

Not sure if other Octopus Energy customers have received this?

Took less than 5 minutes to complete, get the feeling they're looking to review their Go/Agile offerings as there were a few questions about preference towards fixed/variable tariffs and how you make use of them. Also gauging interest in home solar and heat pumps.

*The free day is equivalent to the average respondents consumption cost this Sunday.

I don't think it'll work unfortunately.

There are three different links within the email to start the survey based on the initial question posed. When following the link it looks like the account ID rather than the account number are stored in the URI.

Here are the three possible links (as per order of the question in the op), with my account id (numeric only) redacted:

Yep, all 3 seem to point to the same place in practice "Thanks for your response - do you charge an EV at home?" (etc)
0% of survey completed.

The links Medved kindly supplied above (post #11) worked for us - just add your account number at the end. Oddly enough, doing the survey seemed to trigger the email which turned up just after hitting submit on the survey.

On the plus side, as it's the average of everyone taking part's use, we should all get the same amount on purpose, instead of 76p by mistake.

Are you referring to the Christmas Day credit? That’s what I got and need to chase that up as it certainly wasn’t what I used.

as for today, I’ve done my bit so far my charging last night.

I have too but Agile rates last night were so low 30kWh will work out at under £1.
