Took less than 5 minutes to complete, get the feeling they're looking to review their Go/Agile offerings as there were a few questions about preference towards fixed/variable tariffs and how you make use of them. Also gauging interest in home solar and heat pumps.

*The free day is equivalent to the average respondents consumption cost this Sunday.

I don't think it'll work unfortunately.

There are three different links within the email to start the survey based on the initial question posed. When following the link it looks like the account ID rather than the account number are stored in the URI.

Here are the three possible links (as per order of the question in the op), with my account id (numeric only) redacted:
