Looks like you get a chance each month to win money off your electricity and gas:

Didn't win anything this month, unfortunately.

Not seen any marketing material about this so not sure if it's certain accounts or I just spotted it before the mailshot had been sent.

...but it does help pay the standing charge!

I provided gas and electric meter readings on the 1st April and had two goes on the wheel - and won a £1 both times - first time for ages.
It said something like "ah sorry, but wait, you won, that never happens!"

Not much discount for me I'm still on standard rate (15p/kWh) - no smart meter yet.

Try asking them about the tracker rate it was about 13.5p and 22p a day in N Scotland last month so bound to be a lot cheaper in Swanwick You don't need a smart meter for it and they'll swap you as soon as you get the smart meter fitted.

For those of us that did manual meter readings, the game has been available for years. It was an incentive to take a manual reading every month.

Last month my v1 tracker average rate was 13.67p/kwh with 18.1p/day standing charge.

Never won on it yet - had a couple of goes whilst I was waiting for the smart meter to start working and it also showed up the other day.

Its been around for ages when manually entering meter readings but I noticed it a few days ago as a link from the account details. I never won anything in dozens of plays so well done to those that won on first attempt.

I think I'd rather of claimed the £512 credit option that you removed to win £50
