finally fixed. Combination of issues
CT was flipped, but when they fixed this, they did not reset the system correctly and could not reset remotely. Had to have a crew come out to reset the system onsite. First day back on, it did not function exactly to schedule, but over the last 2 days it seems to be settling into the correct schedule. It jumped the peak start by an hour today, so I'll continue to monitor
