Has anyone seen this on your speedometer?Notice the hashed line in the bottom right of the speedometer section. Goes away after about 20 min.

    Thanks

Regen limited because Tesla is feeling cold.

You have reduced regen due to a cold battery. Since your battery pack is cold, the car limits the amount of power going into the battery.
It disappears when the battery is heated during driving or charging.

    Edit: dammit! too slow :p

If it's really cold, you'll see a dashed line on the top as well, indicating limited power available. I have a loaner this week and had both lines yesterday. I parked it in the garage last night and charged this morning and only had the regen line this morning.

I hit the power limit once when it was -22F earlier this winter. I barely accelerated and the car rebelled. It throws up a yellow exclamation sign and the car meeps sadly. :(

Charge to 100% that will also limit your regen (completely at first)
