Well, I placed my order a little late (11pm on October 26th) ... just heard back today from the Ownership Advisor that they have run out of RWD LR. I asked if it was just my config (Black,18, EAP) or if there were others. He said that they are not matching anymore. Oh well... he who hesitates.

Got our VIN assigned for a LR RWD in Midnight Silver with Back interior the day MR was announced.
Called that day and changed to LR RWD in Deep Blue Metallic with Black and White interior. Paid for the car.
The config showed for days with a delivery date, then it was abruptly changed to All Back with a $1,000 credit.
Have tried several times to get that Black and White interior but the rep can't get it to go through.
Frustrating...

No I reserved later when MR price was $46k but i was wondering if it was a 4k or 3k upgrade for the LR since it was off menu but it looks like they just charged a flat $49k for the LR regardless of the price you ordered for the MR.

That was for Pete. Most likely, he's seeing the same date I am, which is Nov '18, not Nov 18th. I almost thought that too until I actually read what it said
I just called the sales line to check on things. The rep said that my change request is in queue, and he thinks I should see my order updated online by Monday or Tuesday.

Who do you guys contact for changes? The local guy assigned is not very responsive. Thanks
I'm sure it won't be much more than a few days, assuming they're going in order. If 2 weeks roll by, then you should probably call again.
Depends on the change. If its for anything other than LR (which I'm reading you can't do anymore) then you use the edit button on your account page. If its LR, you would have called any of the numbers really. They can both submit and check on your case.

Wow I got a call from Tesla today saying I can take delivery. The VIN is in the 62xxx so its pretty low compared to recent VIN production numbers not sure if it was a reject but i’ll check it out on Tuesday. Kinda threw me off cause I wasn’t expecting it until end of November or December at the earliest!
I have seen several posts that the vin # jump around. This is to confuse the production trackers. I ordered LR-RWD on 10/21 and got my vin this afternoon for delivery on 11/8. My vin is 102,0xx. Would like to know the mfg. date.
