    Problem:

OEM wheel in 9.5J pair with 255 width tire becomes a curb rash magnet. It adds stress on the driver when the car is near the curb, and the wheel is sunk-in that could be hard pin point the distance between wheel and curb.

    Solution:

With 8.5J setup paired with 255 width tire, it reduced the chance of curb rash, which means less stress while driving. Additionally, the flush fitment pushed the wheel flush to the fender to provides a clear view of the distance between the wheel and curb. ( and aesthetic look as a bonus)

Looking for someone to go in with me on a deal for some wheels. I already have a set of 20s from them and I want to get another set of 18s to track. If 2 people order at the same time and shipped to a single address (your address but Jamie will modify my shipment) there’s even further discount. I’ve already placed my “potential” order with Jamie.

Flush front and rear, maximum tire protection without sacrificing on range. It is the best of the both world setup.

    Reserve Series SV902

    • 21x8.5 & 21x9.5
    • Reuse OEM PUP tire

I'm interested in a set of SV503 to replace my Uberturbines. I think I want to do the 21x9 and 21x10 setup to get a little extra rim protection. Will I get any range / efficiency increase since they are much lighter or will that gain be negated by increased air drag?

Depends on how sticky your tires are too. I get slightly better mileage driving around town and slightly worse on highway because of additional air flow. I was told they are considering developing aero covers but I don’t know how long that would be or if it would actually happen.

I honestly haven’t tested that. I don’t really have the equipment for that.

Decided to use my Signature SV107 20x9 that I had on my Model 3 and put it on the Y as a winter setup. Got some bluetooth sensors from Tesla service and ordered some Michelin Pilot Alpin PA5 in 265/40/20. Used some Ti lugnuts and 2-tone center caps as well.

The SV107 and MPA PA5 combo are 51.8 lbs. I was surprised that it literally took a couple of blocks for the Y to pick up the new sensors. My Model 3 takes 10-20 mins of driving to recognize a different set of sensors.

Some pics of the 3 with Rose Gold 19x9.5 Signature SV801 and Michelin Pilot PA4 winter setup. Glad that I can swap wheels between my 2 vehicles.

Pricing is on the Signature wheel website. Just click on a wheel and prices will show up. Take note that the price is MRSP and if you message Jamie, he will give you a way better deal than MRSP and i to you can mention I sent you his way.

Can't wait for my rims. What do you recommend for lug nuts? Do you know of any red ones that would match the multi-coat read?
