20's look perfect. I love how there is enough tire profile. The square setup will be great for tire rotation too.

We don't "recommend" anti-seize because the torque spec will change based on the amount you use, and there's no issue with galling. But again, it's "recommended" not "required".

Figure out the coefficient of friction of the anti-seize and you should be able to calculate the required torque spec.
