Are most people going with 20" aftermarket? If so, what is the main reason. I mistakenly picked the stock 21" rims and am now trying to figure out what my winter options are. I should have picked he 19" rims for winter and then would have been able to choose from all these awesome looking options.

So far the percentage is:

19" - 17%
20" - 41%
21" and larger - 42%

_____________________

No issue with running 21" for summer. Both 19" and 20" have some good selection of winter tire. However, 20" will defiently give you a better look, and the sidewall still can be fairly thick to give you a nice cushion. What I would suggest is to pick the size and type of the winter tire you prefer, and dial in the wheel later to pair with the tire.

@lbowroom is running 295/30/21 square with 21x10.5 all around

My Plaid delivery timeframe just got bumped up! Time to get serious about wheels.

@SignatureSales do you have any pics of 20x10.5 square with 285/35/20? I like fitment on the aggressive side, I don't mind a *little* poke

Here are my chrome-plated Signature SV 104 19" on my Plaid delivered September 30 at 8 pm on my driveway. I got the wheels ahead of time and they were at the chrome shop for a month. Jamie suggested 9" front and 10" rear and they fit perfectly with about 1/4" tire sticking out to protect the wheels.

Not the best photo. But 20x10.5 with 285/35/20 square. (conservative spec)

We also did an aggressvie square setup, I will send you more info.

As a world-class bodybuilder, Marvin hit me up and looking for a set of wheel that could match the toughness and aggressiveness of both him and his brand new Plaid. With no second guess, I provided the widest wheel/tire combo to meet the exact requirement. The car took some extra time to arrive, but all that wait were forgotten after seeing the final result. PPF full car, with smoked headlight. Pair with Brushed Black Triple Tinted SV104 on Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. We all know it's hard to seek perfection in an imperfect world, but we know we are near it in this case.

Nice wheelset... what anti-seize compound do you recommend using with the Ti nuts?

We don't recommend Anti-Seize. However, just make sure the studs are clean and re-torque it after 100 miles of driving for proper seating.

Any tire noise? Foam or no foam?

No Foam. Regarding the noise, I will wait for the feedback from the owner.

You may want to check with the manufacturer on the Ti specs... anti-seize is recommended to prevent galling on the conical surface.

Hope this helps.

James would you call this a "flush" or "aggressive" fitment? A little hard to tell without seeing it from above or down the side of vehicle but it looks good!

Here is my example of their work... 315/30/20 rear and 285/35/20 front (10" and 11.5") Personal preference, I think the rotors fit 20s better. Similar setup.

Cannot go wrong with either.
