It is true. However, I'm working with some owners from out of state to maybe pass our Ohio referrals onto them so that at least someone can benefit. Believe me, at 18 referrals, not one is more pissed than me about this.Is it true that there are no referral perks in Ohio?

Interestingly enough, if you have an Ohio dealers license, according to the law, you could garner the perks.
Hang tight....So, just to clarify, we can take advantage of the referral codes when making a purchase, but we can't benefit from passing our referral codes to others. Is that correct? And what exactly is the law that prevents this? Is it something specific to car sales? Does anyone have a link?
Yep. So people can't say I'm not a fan of Tesla when I criticise them for the media player.Holy s**t you have 18 referrals!!! WTF!
Correct, you can direct complaints to Kasich's office. Also, as I understand, there are no state-specific EV incentives in Ohio, correct?

Effective 2004. It's not like they were pushing back against Tesla at that point. Thanks to Auto Dealers Association and GOP.
That's why I directed a friend to use the Ride The Lightning Podcast referral code instead of my code...

I'm just across the state border about 30 miles into Michigan. Before I had my home charging setup I was in Ohio quite a bit with my car at the Maumee Supercharger (at the Meijer). You guys have both Waffle House and Yuengling...what can I say.
