Tesla Motor's website employment section has a dropdown list of locations which has an entry for "Oklahoma City" in its relatively short list of locations.
There are no Oklahoma jobs listed there at the moment, but the existence of Oklahoma City on the list might be a hint that that it is a relatively near term opening.
Other than existing locations and various California cities, the U.S. entries on the list are only Dallas, Boston, Michigan, Philadelphia, Stamford, Washington, DC. I did not open up any of these cities other than Dallas and Oklahoma City. The Dallas listing suggests that a store may be some time away.
