Tesla maintains the ride sharing software. They'd already take a cut of the rideshare payment and give you the remainder. No need to charge extra for it.

What I had in mind with "higher price for commercial use of FSD" was a scenario in which Teslas with FSD are being used by a foreign rideshare operator to operate a fleet. This probably doesn't make much sense for Tesla in US where they'd probably get the necessary approvals (assuming the FSD software works and is provably safe) but may be necessary for some foreign markets in which Tesla doesn't get (or not quick enough) a license or legal permission to operate a rideshare network. Afaik getting the FSD software approved and getting approval to operate a rideshare network are two separate things and in some markets the regulators are quite protective of new business operations that compete with public transport.
