You can create a free map here:

How to create a map with ZeeMaps

Never tried it, but I saw it for the location of Model S (and model X) orders/deliveries:

Tesla Model S X Reservations and Deliveries

Instead of several lists, I suggest ONE list, with different colours. Could be red (or black) for blacklist, green for Tesla friendly, blue for EV/Tesla friendly, yellow for some issues and so on. Click each spot to get the comments for that parking in question.

Please add this one:

Tuen Mun Town Plaza (TMTP) Phase 3 Google Maps : Very narrow parking garage, many places you have to back up just to make a corner. The charging spots are far away, and locked up. When you finally get the key, there isn't any power. Also, the area where the EV spots are, has no 3G connection so you cannot remote control or monitor the car. Finally, it's quite a long walk between all three of EV spots - Shroff - Shopping mall. In other words, avoid it, use TMTP Phase 1 instead.

Relative of mine challenged the Grandway Garden Car Park, Tai Wai and ended up scraping the entire door. Regret not knowing my car park list earlier. You all can share the map in the first post with your friends and relatives.

It's even better with the map, rather than the list.

I suggest you make an update in post #1 just below the link, list all the different colours and their meaning (a legend). Also, if that could show somewhere on the map, just to make it clear what the different colours mean (I think I can guess most of them)

Great suggestions . Will do.

One to add (i dont remember seeing it on the list
68 yee wo street. Car lift 196 inches as long as the car, and note restricting cars of 4.8 meters at the entrance.
Actually it fit Model S in the lift. But it is really tide when u get in the lift, going through the lift door require u to flow the side mirror, almost touching the front and the rear (I believe is less than 1 finger space between front and back). Exit is much even tide than the entrance.

Hong Kong Garden has tide turn at the entrance/exit which very easy to scratch the bottom part of the bumper.
