On-Road Help Number for Newbies??

    Looking ahead, is there any number to call for problems on the road? For example, if I can't get charging to start, car powers down, other thing I can't imagine?

    Do I use the Roadside Assistance number? 1-877-79TESLA (1-877-798-3752)

    Thanks for the help with all my newbie questions!

    There should be a roadside assistance button in your app. Scroll down when you open the app. It's works pretty well.

    Yes, call that number. Remember, if the car needs to be towed is has to be flat towed or on dollies!

    Tow mode disables after a time so yup.

    Yes, that’s what transport mode is used for. I mean, it’s your screwed you’re screwed and just get the thing on the tow truck but always request a flat bed tow truck if you can
