What's the proper "resting" state of the front coolant louvers over the fog lights?
It is slightly below freezing; I've driven the car a little but not much and put it back in the driveway and noticed that one louver (left) was closed and the other was open.
Am I looking at frozen louvers or some other situation? I'll keep an eye on it after the typical 14 mile city driving drive to see if it just fell asleep winking, but it seems odd.
