Hi all, does anyone know the secret to getting the online chat to work on Tesla's site? It seems to randomly pop up, there is no icon to click on to get support. I find their voice system confusing trying to get through to the right person.
Also while I'm at it, does anyone know the eta for their customer support via email to get back to a customer? I am trying to order a model S key fob and emailed them asking the process but no response so far.
