Only 12 Amp on 240V Tesla Wall Charger

I recently purchased a house that has a Tesla Wall charger installed with a 40Amps breaker. But when I charge my X, am getting only 12 Amps. I had the wall charger in my old house with 40 Amps breaker and it charges usually at min 32 Amps (Max 40 Amps). Please see the image

Max is only 12 Amps and its charging at 246V.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Turn the breaker off for that circuit, then open up the WC and see if it is programmed for 12 amps. They can be set for anything you want, up to the maximum allowed by your circuit. The manual should be available here Charging & Adapter Product Guides

Since the car shows 12/12, it means the maximum amperage advertised by your wall charger is 12A. You need to check your wall charger, something isn't configured properly. IF you have a 40A breaker and the proper wiring to support that 40A, your charger should be configured for a maximum of 32A.

There is no need to open it if it is a Gen 3 wall connector. Check out the link provided by @DCGOO

My TMC charges at 32A, but two times I've used a HPWC (dealership and airport) and both times I could only charge at 12-24A max when I got back home. Both times a scroll wheel reset solved it.
