just called to get an insurance quote. MYLR
was quoted $1,250 for the year with a minimum of a $1,000 deductible. they told me that that's the min deductible for Tesla's.
quote was for full coverage, with 5 year full price guarantee in cases of a total loss, with $1M liability

Can that even be compared to anyone else's insurance? As far as I'm aware there are many factors that affect the premium, such as location, age, sex, mileage per year, is the car used for commuted and if yes, how many km/year, first owner, financed or paid in full... those are just the ones I can think of right now. I'm sure there are more.
