Does anyone know if this will apply to Tesla models?

so far, it's just a leaked document, so details are thin.

I could see it going either way. just a blanket HST elim on EV's, or tying it to the EV rebate limits.

maybe it would be capped at the same $150k when the EV rebate drops to $0.

then again, the odds of this plan going forward without a single change is nil.
