Ontario Delivery Phone Call

Someone on Reddit got a phone call for his Model 3. He was told it would be a June delivery.

LOL that was a fast post. Just saw it too. They also said they didn't get a VIN yet and no specifics on when in June.

So maybe Ontario and BC are getting their cars at the same time?

I got a call this afternoon as well. Left a message. Delivery first couple of weeks in June. Toronto delivery will be at the Internation Center at YYZ (Pearson). Left a callback but goes to a mailbox.

I called them (4167878006) and asked about my reservation.

They said that "we were told yesterday that vehicles would be going into production in 1-2 weeks" and cars would be delivered early June.

I didn't receive a call yet, so I asked if I was in the first delievery batch, which she responded "we're all given a group of reservations to call, and yours is assigned to [name], you should be getting a call shortly".

I told her I read it on the forums and decided to call because I haven't gotten a call yet which she responded "wow the forums are fast!"

It might be a good time to ensure your details are up to date on MyTesla. Somehow, I had somebody elses' address in there when I placed my order. :/

Called as well. I talked with Mandy <sp?> about Ottawa deliveries and she said each delivery specialist had about 200 names. She said that she would ask my delivery specialist who is assigned to me to confirm and call me. So I wait.......

Did anyone ask how many "Delivery Specialists" there are for Ontario?...

I just received the same call from my delivery specialist. I was told the car is going into production soon and delivery will be end of May or first week in June. If the delivery is in May it will be at the Toronto Tesla centre and if in June it will be at a mass delivery event in Mississauga .

The silver lining here is that we will be receiving cars from all the manufacturing upgrades that were made, hopefully translating into higher quality vehicles. I know I know...this doesn’t make the waiting any easier!

I haven't gotten a call yet either, and I configured in march, but according to the reddit post, most of the first batch will be owners, with a few non owners.

The person on reddit had an April 1st configuration and is a non owner.

I'm classified as a previous owner in their system which so far has shown it's the same as current owners per the USA invites. Got my invite on March 22.

When did you configure? I probably should call too, because I'm under current owner and got invited the same day as you. I did configure on March 25th though.
