Hi, could you tell me when you ordered your car how much was it in total before taxes?

Order Date: March 27, 2018
Here's my Canadian Price Breakdown
Tesla Model 3 $45,600
Long Range Battery 11,900
Premium Upgrade 6,600
Deep Blue Metallic 1,300
Enhanced AutoPilot 6,600
18" Aero Wheels INC

Total Cost $72,000
Document Fee 1,300

Add the HST taxes but credit the EVIP Ontario rebate
I believe this is a good deal for the Tesla 3

Thanks, that's pretty much what I am looking for, even same color. :) My understanding that in Ontario we have to be under 75K MSRP price to qualify for EVIP rebate. Stil didn't decide yet what to choose long-range battery or dual motor.

Under 75K MSRP, does that mean total purchase price or base MSRP? Because the car itself is $45,600, aren’t the rest classified as options?

In your build, if you added the sport wheels you’d be over.

It will be 45k + 11600(long range) MSRP. Otherwise it wouldn’t have listed on EV rebate site. You can check the price in BC EV rebate site. It’s sometjing like 57k

Thanks vidya_sagar, you're correct. I also just found this on the MTO FAQ which spells it out very clearly:

  • What is the MSRP?
For EHVIP, the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is the value of the base trim level for each model not including options, taxes, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and freight. This value is set once per year and the MSRP value is provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
