I'll just go to Oakville SC tomorrow and have them sign K3.. from the looks of Scenario 1 we need them to sign.

Need to go there anyways to program one my keys... I forgot to check at delivery time and it didn't work when I was at home.

While we are looking into K3. I thought to bring up another document, which may also require Tesla signature, it is a new vehicle statement , a screen cap of its header:

It was part of my MVPA, I was planning to skip it initially but was not sure what to do. MVPA says, it consists of only three things:

Wanted to know the take on this or we may need to clarify it from Tesla.

Question for those of you who have received a rebate in the past...

There is a section requesting info on the vehicles you have received a rebate for previously, including registration date. In the guide it also says to include a scan of registration for those vehicles (I don’t have registration for one of my previous vehicles as I no longer own it). I’m just going to include the VINs of each vehicle. Think that should be sufficient?

Anyone knows how to put the order date? I asked the Tesla delivery guy, and he said that I shall put the date of configure, but their invoice has only the date that I put down my 1000$..

Should I attached order confirmation as well?

Any suggestions?

No. You need the copy of license doc...You need phone EVIp guy, if you no longer have a copy..

Update on K3 issue:

Called Ministry of Finance. Call Centre wasn’t able to help. They transferred me to a specialist and I left a message for her to call me back.

Stop by Tesla today, all Deivery specialist are the Int Centre for delivery. If anyone is going out there to pickup your car today, could you ask your DA to see if they are signing this section?

I did manage to get a signature from Tesla just not sure it’s required still.

Ok, called the MTO this morning, they told me I need to speak to the Ministry of Finance. Called them and they said:

1. They're aware of the issue regarding the mixup between K2 & K3 between the form and the guide. May or may not be fixed in future, that's up to the MTO.
2. K3: pertains only to leased vehicles.
3. B4: write 0
4. C: Leave blank if not leased
5. They're also aware that it cannot be saved the proper way leaving C blank. So they advise to print it, sign it, and scan it.
6. They're aware the mailbox filled up over the weekend and are asking everyone who sent their docs through to resend today.

I also took her name in case she was wrong on anything and the whole thing turns into a *sugar* show. She also checked with her supervisor on a couple of these issues.

I believe they don't say driver's license because if there are multiple owners on a vehicle (spouses, etc) then they will create a unique RIN for that couple. If only one person is owning the vehicle you can use your driver's license.

I just phoned them - they told me not to worry about the previous vehicles as long as they are outside of this calendar year and I did keep them for the minimum duration of the program. I was concerned about getting them a copy of the registration for the Model S I purchased in 2013 but no longer own, and was told not to worry. I did include the VIN for that vehicle under the section asking for more info about previous rebates, just incase. I was also told that if they had any questions, they would contact me.

I submitted on Friday night and it didn’t seem to bounce. Maybe I got in before it filled up?

I'd submit it again to be safe. I submitted on Sunday, it went through without a bounceback, but I didn't get a received auto-reply. I resent it just now and got the autoreply.
