So I know there are a several sources like Michal in Sweden, GEVCU, and other that have hacked the DU inverter. Jack sells his units for 25k ish. Michal sells them for about 3k, and its a complicated process involving mailing items to Sweden.

I heard Michal's controller works well, but...

This guy is hacking it, and it looks like he is open sourcing!! Im pretty excited about this. Check it out, and I would love to hear your thoughts?

Also, what battery setup would you guys match up with the Tesla DU aside from the Tesla modules. I've heard great things about Volt batteries. I've read the 16kw packs can put out upwards for 350kws. Let me know your picks.

We just picked up a p85d driveline and will be ordering boards from Damien at evbmw for a former porsche race car. Im ordering a completed board and a bare board to build for each charger, front and rear motor drives.
