Opening Soon vs Targeted Opening of 2018

Of the SCs currently under construction in Ontario - Owen Sound, Pickering and Markham are listed as Opening Soon while Hamilton and Etobicoke are listed as Target Opening of 2018. Is there any significance in the difference? Shouldn't they all be listed as Opening Soon?

But the five SC sites I mention in the OP are all currently under construction and fairly far advanced. They should all be opening fairly soon, but you wouldn't know that from the web site.

Etobicoke and Hamliton are well along in construction, which is why he's asking. They're not further behind than the others it would seem...so it's curious that there's a distinction.

I think rather than a true distinction it's really just an omission. They'll adjust the others in all likelihood.
