Opposite ends of the spectrum: Model S/Ferrari F430

A family friend was married today and asked to use my father's S and my 430 spider in their wedding photos. The S got as much attention from the guests as the 430 until I was asked to start my car up.

I can't resist: For $110,000 more, you can get a two seater that is 0.1 seconds slower from 0-60 and burns some form of petroleum for it propulsion at an alarming rate.

Kidding of course. Both cars are at the top of their game.

Well, more people are able to enjoy the Tesla experience when compared to the Ferrari (only a 2-seater).

On-road (rolling) acceleration is not a close race. The 430 wins hands down. I haven't done a standing start because I just don't want to do that to my clutch. I'm sure the S would win.
