Options for poor or nonexistent Tesla service?

What options are there if the local service center refuses to acknowledge, let alone repair, the serious problems I have with a 2018 Model3? I don't mind to pay whatever it costs to fix it but will not shell out another $225 only to be told nothing is wrong (but will eventually get fixed by firmware even though nothing is wrong).

Try another service center (hit or miss)
Sell the car

If you describe the serious problems you’re trying to have addressed you might have better luck getting informed opinions on your options.

From your prior posts it sounds like the “serious problems” you’re experiencing are issues with the display occasionally rendering objects that don’t exist.

If that’s what you’re looking to get fixed, the service center is right and there’s nothing for them to do. It’s just how it is.

Has anyone experienced your Model 3 screen showing things not there? I get motorcycles, bodies, flying tractor trailers...but the service center folks just shrug.

Yes, we would love to sell it. But it will be difficult to get good value for it with the current apparently unfixable problems.

After watching your clip is this Really a huge concern? Lol. It happens when you Park by a specific white wall. Why is this so bothersome?? Funny maybe but definitely Not something I would be wasting my time or life on visiting a service center.
