Orange/Brown fluid around center cap (wheel)

I am seeing a orange/brownish fluid coming out of my drivers side (rear) wheel. It is coming out from around the center cap, and leg nut area. Just wanted to see if anyone else is seeing, or has seen something similar. My first guess is rust from around the brakes, or brake area, and with the wet climate and rain, it is washing out, but odd that it is only the one wheel. Car is new, and was delivered in mid September....

Its called rust water.

@Kennymb5384 as mentioned above, it's rusty water, and it's likely coming from the axle hub. Very typical on most cars for this to corrode quickly, but it's usually not very noticeable due to wheel/hubcap design. Pull the black lug cover, and clean it.

If you really want to minimize this, you can pull each wheel, remove the oxidation with a scotch brite pad or similar, and then coat the protruding part of the hub with anti-seize. Worked great for me.
