Order Agreement Page now Blank

Is anyone else noticing this behavior? It just started doing that for me over the weekend.

All of the document links have been either loading blank or downloading a .dms file for me (depending on the browser). File size is also 0 kB. Definitely something is off. Called in about it, fell on deaf ears.

I also called and was told "They are probably updating the website". Which doesnt make sense since it has been happening for a couple days now.

At least you have an order agreement. I don’t have one and when I called they said it’s because my car is t ready yet

I had one, but mine is showing blank as well this morning.
I thought it was somehow related to the fact that I also now have the option to make my final payment as of this morning.. but perhaps not.

I am trying to find a breakdown on the final cost because all they list is the total including taxes and fees. The total is a surprisingly round number $XX,000 considering that it includes tax which is 6.25% in MA. The number is also slightly different than what I calculated. It was my understanding that the tax is only charged on the net after deducting trade-in value.
Granted I don't know what fees there are, if any besides the $1000 delivery fee.

Is there some other way to see the breakdown of the total (i.e. the taxes and fees)?

I've asked my ISA to verify, but haven't heard from him yet.

I just tried myself and when I click the 'View' link it opens in a blank page. I still have the original that was emailed to me, but not sure why it's suddenly disappeared on the website.

Let me know if you get any answers from Tesla as of why we don't have the order agreement. I called and she said because my car's not ready but that sounds weird as I see other people get their agreement when they order.

I think the issue is fixed now. Yesterday the links went to a blank page and now it shows the order agreement/lemon law disclosure PDFs

As far as I can tell my AWD order has never shown the Order Agreement. Only the Lemon Law Disclosure.

I experienced the same blank page yesterday but it was fixed by mid day today. I spoke to my ISA on the phone today and she said it was a website glitch affecting everyone, and they were aware of it.

Ordered two Sundays ago myself - LR RWD. Only have the Lemon Law disclosure, and only received the initial confirmation of the order when I made the $2500 payment.
