Order date - based on deposit date or financing approval/steps completed?

Can anyone confirm if your order date is based on when you initially put down a deposit, or is it when you've completed all the steps in your Tesla account? (e.g. trade-in, financing, etc.)

There was about a 1.5 week delay between when I made my deposit and when all my "steps" were completed, so I'm just wondering if I should base my estimated delivery on the former or the latter.
