Ordered in August 2021 - Delayed 8 times now

I ordered my Tesla in August 2021.

White Exterior, White Interior, 7 seat options. No FSD

My original EDD was Nov-Dec.

Delay 1
Then I got my first delay to Dec-January.
Delay 2
November comes around, and Its pushed to Jan-March.
Delay 3
December Comes
Push to March-April
Delay 4
2 months go by.
Delay 5
Its February. Delayed to April-May
Delay 6
Its March 20- Delayed to May-June
Delay 7
2 weeks go by. Delayed mid may-June

Delay 8
Its now May 9th.
And it got delayed again today to Early June to July.


This is getting frustrating, because I'm having to delay travel and seeing family now, in the thinking that my Tesla could be arriving in 2 weeks-8 weeks, but then it inevitably gets delayed.

Can they just give me a delivery window and stick to it? Instead of changing it every 2 weeks?

I’ve been in a similar boat. I did receive a VIN on May 9th with an EDD of May 21 - May 27. Then my VIN disappeared and now I’m back to June - July. If you seriously want the car, hang in there. Otherwise, I’d look at something else.

August Order Estimate Delivery

Oh man, a case of good news, bad news. Yesterday my EDD was July 23-August something. I leave for a 3 day cruise this Saturday, a quick weekend to Ensenada Mexico with family and friends. This morning I got the text to schedule my delivery between 6/23 a 6/27. Yay!! But when I go to pick a time...

Same car configuration and same problem with delays. However my order was placed in April 2021 and I now have a two week time window 9/20-10/4. Let’s see what happens.
