Ordering 2 Model 3s

Wondering if anyone has an answer for this.
A friend of mine placed an order for 2 cars but wants to give one to another person not residing at his property. They told him in the store that this is ok and that the process will be streamlined after the initial rush.
Took $2000 only one email and told him this will not be a problem.
Did anyone else experience this?

I don't think it'll be too much of a problem. It is non-transferable (without approval by Tesla) if you both go in there together at some point, you can probably change the name or address on the reservation. They seemed to be pretty accommodating while I was there, even under the pressure of the rush and long line.
