Ordering parts

Just curious, have anyone ordered parts from the SC or how do one go about ordering parts? i recently had my car serviced and asked them if i could order the plastic pieces for my 3rd row for my model s and the rep looked at me as if i was speaking a foreign language.

I ordered the primary air filter and winter floor mats for a Tesla Model X from Amazon.ca. You might want to try the American version Amazon.com. Prices are reasonable.

I see you are in the Bay Area, which SC did you go to? I use the Burlingame one and they've been really helpful. They can look up parts pretty quickly and radio their parts department.
