Ordering winter tires (Switzerland)

Hi,

Does anyone knows if when ordering the extra Winter Tire package with the car, do you also get the summer tires as well?

Because to me it seems too much if this extra price for Winter tires and you dont get the summer included as well. Would be better to go with the inclusive summer tires and then just order extra the Tesla winter tires, then pretty much for the same price you will have both?
