Orders before 2/28, did you get promised AP?

if you placed your model 3 order before the 2/28 price drop and have taken delivery, did you received the AP package or FSD upgrade that was promised to offset the price drop?

I had to send someone a copy of my email from Tesla support to prove I should be getting it.
 
I ordered my LR AWD with EAP on 2/24. Delivery scheduled for 2/27, but I postponed until 3/1 for various reasons (Coincidentally, this ended up being the day after EAP was taken off the menu...I think). Since I had EAP, I never got any offers for free FSD or anything like that. I ended up doing the $2,000 upgrade when they had the controversial "sale".
 
Placed my order end of January. Took delivery last week. Was promised FSD. Have not received it yet.
I only have an email from the rep I worked with who said that I should get it.

Taking delivery Friday. VIN is accounted for. Now just trying to get ducks in a row. I was suspecting that since they didn't put these AP/FSD upgrades in the order agreement or anywhere on the account that it was going to get passed over before delivery.

No. Nowhere in any agreement whatsoever. I was told that they won't put it in the agreement.
The delivery guy was just itching to get out of there. And kept saying that my EAP covers all the FSD features ...

at this point i don't think anyone got the free ap/fsd upgrade for pre 2/28 deliveries. multiple sources have contradicted this. keep us posted if they honor your free ap but it doesn't look likely at this point.

That's not good. If they don't honor the promised AP they should at least adjust the price of my car to reflect the current pricing. Support wasn't able to resolve the case yesterday by closing so I'm hoping to hear something today. He said he put in a request to have AP added. Not paying or signing any documents until it's resolved. Delivery is in 2 days.

I was told that that won't put this inside the order agreement. But that a case was opened and approved for the free FSD. And I would get it some time later this year. So some kind of system update later on. All I have a emails from my rep saying that I will get it later on.

wait so you haven't even taken delivery of your car yet? When did you order it? If you ordered it after 2/28 you should be getting free ap or fsd depending on your config.
 
Likely the computer system will process all upgrades to accounts in batches not individually. Sort of like how they batched invites to order a Model 3 when it came out and how software updates to cars are sent out. I know when we ordered my Model 3, as a current Tesla owner, we were given a certain priority for future invite and was told at that time that our info was entered into the database list and periodically they would do a system update to make additions to accounts and make other order changes. Think people need to be a bit more patient.

I ordered my M3 with EAP on 1/31 and took the delivery on 3/26. The delivery specialist promised me multiple times over phone that I would get free FSD upgrade but at the time of delivery, there was another rep who said EAP is FSD which is NOT true. I still took the delivery and sent an email to the delivery rep assigned to me. She said the delivery team are busy with the end of the quarter deliveries and will get back to me. Still waiting for them to get back. I will update when I hear something from them.
 
I ordered before 2/28. But after the price drops, I checked “edit car” and rebuilt it based on new pricing. Because it went down so much in price I added the new version of AP. I personally was not interested in FSD and Summon. So I pretty much paid the same price but got AP with the car. Not saying it was the best way to go- but I am happy and very thrilled with this car. It is truly amazing.

And the build quality was very very surprising. Paint was great and panels were better than Jag F Type I traded in on it. Super car. Love it.
 
I asked my delivery specialist 2 weeks back and last week when I followed up, she replied "I have reached out to my order ops team and am waiting for the case to be closed to have full self driving added for you at no additional cost." Another week has gone by and still don't know if the case has been closed. Glad that I have some written assurance now. Will update you all if I hear anything.

I also have a couple of emails, and am hoping for a positive outcome.
 
Do they offer anything for those who ordered in December 2018? I didn’t order EAP and it’s 3k for AP and another 7k for FSD now.
Don't think that they did. This is for those who ordered prior to the 2/28 price drop, but never took delivery.
And for whatever reason, they refuse to do any price adjustments. These folks were left with the only choice of cancelling their orders. Some were told that cancelling the order would result in a forfeit of the deposit.
They then made certain promises such as free FSD to compensate for the difference.
