How does one get the OBDII dongle? On a side note, when we had our MS (2015) serviced this summer, they left what I believe is the OBDII jack out. It’s a blue piece that tucks just below the cubby hole.

If they work the same way as metromile, then the obd2 is just a power supply. You can have a 12v to obd2 adapter to power the device. There are also usb to obd2 adapter but not sure if that will work.

One interesting thing is my metromile device in armrest works less accurate than my previous car. Basically I’m being charged less than the actual miles I drive. This seems to be a little like cheating, though not intentional from my side.

At $.017 per mile, the fee seems like the way to go. It is still far less than the fees charged in Washington.

(612 - 244)/4 = 92 > 150

Why minus the 244? Electric can either pay $612 upfront, which is $153 per year, or $172 plus 0.017 per mile, actually my calculation above is incorrect, if you drive over 6294 miles a year you'll pay more than WA's fee regardless if you enroll in the program.
