We just moved to Oregon. A month or two ago someone posted a link to a site where you can check whether a given custom plate is available in OR. I even tried it and found a few available choices. I thought it was a DMV site, but I can't find it now, and maybe it was a third party. Can anyone help? We need to get a cool new plate!
