Original AT&T SIM card replacement troubles

just have had the problem within exchange sim. Nothing working.
I replaced twice with different operators. And the icon still not mark with E

what I can do wrong?

on final replacement I lost FM radio, oops.

If memory serves, that is a 3G module. I don't know whether the same GSM daughtercards are used on your side of Earth as are here.

Presumably you are using 3G SIMs and not LTE ("4G")?

Here in the 'States 3G is almost phased out. Maybe it has gone away in RU too, or at least in St P?
