I had my MY's windows tinted at Florida Custom Tinting in Oviedo last year, and am pleased with the results.
If you are wanting to have the entire windshield tinted (not just a visor strip), be advised that not all tinting shops will do this on a Tesla, due to concerns that fluids involved in putting on the tint could leak down and damage some of the electronics under the dash. Apparently it's a shop insurance thing.
