These little birdies are a bit hard to believe if there is no proof of even a permit...
EdA, well maybe the birdies are right! Permit referenced in both the Board of Selectmen and Conversation Commission meeting minutes. Anyone know the email info to report this to supercharge.info?

"Stop & Shop 10 Route 6A Proposed installation of 12 Tesla charging stations with accompanying fixtures. Work to be overseen by GPD Group. Dana Gleason from Tesla was present to represent the project.
Mr. Jannell asked if a silt fence would be installed along the length of the trenching area. Mr. Gleason noted even though it was not on the plan, it will part of the installation. Ms. Bruce noted that any planting for screening purposes should be native species only. Meff Runyon, member of the public, asked who could use the chargers and were there other requirements or permits needed from the Town.
Motion: A motion to approve the Administrative Review was made by Judith Bruce and seconded by Walter North.
Vote: 4- 0-0"

In not totally sure, but aren't all new superchargers being built version 3??

The first official V3 site (not the beta test site that went live yesterday) is supposed to come online sometime in Q2. I would expect all new supercharger installs after that to be V3 but I haven't seen any conclusive info on this from Tesla.

There are no v3, and the first will arrive in Tesla time.

More Supercharger coverage is more important than having v3 Superchargers.

Well there is one V3 supercharger test site online now at Fremont. Tesla has said that the first public V3 supercharger site will be online sometime in Q2. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that the Orleans supercharger site will have V3 superchargers. I would be fine with V2 at that location though, but V3 would certainly be better. We still don't know if Tesla will only deploy V3 superchargers at some future date but I wouldn't be surprised if once V3 starts being installed that they stop installing new V2 superchargers.
