Out door charging rain proofing

I have been using the NEMA 14-50 outlet and mobile tesla cord in my garage. Moving now where I will have to charge outdoors for a few months till the garage is built. Can I get a a NEMA outlet outdoor and still use the mobile connector? How can I waterproof the NEMA outlet and my cord? Thanks

There are other options that are rain proof as well so you shouldn't have any trouble finding what you need.
