Outage connecting to cars today (July 13)?

I'm in the GTA and can't connect to my S or X via the app. Login is OK but the app can't reach the cars. Also in car no streaming. Called Tesla tech support and they don't know but guessed it may be related to a Rogers outage issue that has been reported. Just FYI and seeing if anyone else is having these issues.

No issues on my end. Worked this morning at 7 am and just checked now. All good.

Tesla tech said in Canada depends on the SIM card in the car. If it's Bell or Telus OK today but if it's Rogers might be out. Misery loves company so hoping it's not some weird thing affecting both my cars and is instead some kind of network issue that can be resolved at their head end.

My MS has no cell connectivity today, I think I'm in the same boat as you @BBone.

I have Rogers as my provider...I just checked and I can see both vehicles in the Tesla app.

Update from Tesla: there is a LTE outage in the GTA. Doesn't affect everyone and they are looking into it.

Happened this morning in Vancouver too. It's back now though.

Took a drive at 11:00 to 12:00. My LTE was and still is out.

Wonder if that's why I can't connect to my X here in Halifax. Worked at 6am, but hasn't since.

Was out here in Vancouver this morning, later it went on and now out again. Called servic and they said it is a Canada wide issue and they are working on it.. (Forgot to pay bill perhaps)

I was silly enough to have the intermittent problem this morning. And when I thought it was good to go I used the App to do keyless driving. Huge mistake +++ Got stuck at work when the outage happened again and I couldn't get keyless anything to work. So had a not so happy wife drive out to give me the key fob to get home. Lessons learned in the new world of tech. Have a backup using old(er) tech.

Ditto for me in the GTA. Service okay on the morning drive but nothing in the afternoon. My car has Rogers...but I had no idea some had Bell.

Is that choice and can we switch?

Both my X and S are currently out of 3G/LTE service in the Abbotsford/Mission area. I thought it was the software updates I installed on both vehicles last night and tried resetting the screen multiple times. Hope they get it up and running soon.
