Outer Island Servicing

HI,

My cousin in Kauai is considering getting a Model Y. I told him it would be a hassle to get it serviced since the only Tesla Service Center is in Honolulu.

Has it been a hassle to get your Teslas fixed if you are on an outer island?

Aloha,

Unfortunately it has been terrible to receive service. My auto is on the Big Island and has a defective paint job; in one month it will be 1 year that I have been trying to get this issue resolved.
It is a big issue, and I feel they are just ignoring me as they don't know how to remedy.
