Owners question: Does it look like the UMC plug can be taken apart?

I'm trying to finish the work on my curbside charging station before my Model S is delivered in April or May. I'll permanently mount the UMC inside a large plastic bollard cover with a lockable door. As I'll be backing into the parking space I don't need all the cord length, so I'd like to cut the 19' cord down to more like 4'-6' so there's less to store in the Bollard. To do this I'd have to take apart the Tesla car plug then disconnect, shorten, and reconnect all the leads. If someone with the car can inspect the plug and let me know if it looks like it can be taken apart (screws on the sides would be a very good sign) I'd be very grateful. Some closeup photos of all sides of the plug would be a very big help. Thanks!

I've also ordered a spare UMC so I'll have one to travel with.
