P100D - States 'Our Best Interior'

Hi All,

When clicking on the option in the Design Studio for a P100D it states that this version has the '...best interior'.

I'm just wondering what is different between say the 100D and selecting the premium option for that model too?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

same thing. Just the P100D comes with Premium Upgrades and The faux leather which is now the only option but its really nice. You can still get multi pattern though. It's just marketing...

Like Zack said its nothing special. It just means that Premium Upgrades and "Leather" Interior come standard, and you don't have to pay extra like with 100D and 75D

it used to also mean you would have a strip of the alcantara across the front portion of the dash - this was reserved for P cars only...but they did away with it.

That's right...before that move it was Performance cars only - just like the Recaro Seat Option. Its hard to keep up with their changes!

they discontinued it. Its no longer an option with any config selection.

Really! So new cars aren't being shipped with alcantara dashes? That sucks

kind of disappointing how there is nothing different other than speed with the P100D line.. they really should spice it up with different looking bumpers/sideskirts or interior only P cars get.

I think the P's need a hood scoop and a Stuka dive bomber siren. Also some curb fillers and a racing strip down the middle so they can get the BMW kid racer look going.
