To import a vehicle into Canada from the US, it has to be on the RIV's list of importable vehicles. Registrar of Imported Vehicles

The Roadster was recently added to the list, but the Model S is not on the list.

Luclyluciano, these deals are not as great as they sound because you are still on the hook for import duties (6% I believe plus 4-5% exchange rate.). A 90k car is now 100k...

I think it's worth it. He's selling a P85+ which is around $130,000 plus tax here.

Not only is it not on the RIV list but I'm told Tesla does not allow it, ie: possible warrantee refusal.
