P85+ Extended Garage Door Function Not Working

I set my garage door to open at the maximum amount 100 feet. It used to open my garage from about 5 feet away from my garage door, now it opens about 10 feet away. Anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences?

I've tried restarting the entire process of pairing the car and door opener. The opener is a newer model. I can manually open the door by pressing the House button from much further away, 100 feet+. The automatic opening function is the one that isn't doing the correct distance.

If it's set at 100 feet it is possible that the car's transmitter isn't connecting with the garage door opener. I set mine at 3 meters (10 feet maybe) as I back up in the garage and so the door opens as I'm starting to reverse the car from the street. Did you try setting it at a lower distance setting?

I'll try setting it to 75 50 and 25 and see if it makes a difference. What was the original default garage door open distance?

Tried setting it to shorter distances and it indeed reduced the distances. So 50 feet setting seems to be about 5 actual feet of distance to trigger, and 100 feet setting seems to be about 10 feet of actual distance setting; very odd. Nobody else has this issue? People set it to 100 feet and it'll open the garage down the street?

I think my default was something short like 10 feet, it was so close I'd have to stop and wait while my slow garage opens. I have it at 80 feet or so now and it opens fine and I don't need to stop.

That's weird that mine is the only one that doesn't open at a far distance. Mine is set at 100 feet and it starts opening the door roughly 20-30 feet from the door unit.

I wonder if it has to do with WHERE it thinks the garage door opener actually is (GPS Wise). Maybe it thinks your garage door is somewhere else on your "lot" so to speak. Can you reset the GPS location that the Tesla considers to be "home"?

I assumed tghe WHERE is the reason it has you pull right up to the door, so it can mark that spot as the location of the door.

I re-did the pairing processes. Parked in front of the garage door and went through the process fine. Maybe I needed to do the pairing process parked down the street a bit.

After the last update I had to re-pair my door and location. Summon wouldn't open garage door either until I rr- paired as well
