What do you have in mind when you say "upgrades"?
There are many 3rd party vendors who cater towards interior/exterior/aesthetics on the Model S like T-Sportline and Unplugged performance.
If you mean speed and acceleration then, only a few have done so, mainly wk057. This isn't a car you can just re-chip to gain extra power.
Wk057 has done some mods on the software side for more performance so you may want to contact him if that is what you are looking for, but don't expect much support from Tesla service or your warranty should something go wrong.

wk put a ludicrous P90 pack in his wife's 85 and then built a custom box to increase the output of the rear motor. His new company website is now live and you can always contact him directly.
