That is an interesting change .. and overall I can see a noticeable price drop if I respec my car .. reading the spec I dont think they have bundled in the alarm

My understanding is that the features that were in the security package are now standard, and that dual chargers are now only available as a "dealer fit" option - they cannot be ordered with the car.

The car has always come with an alarm as standard - the security package was "extra features on the alarm such as an independent power supply and internal sensors". It was always a very odd beast, and I'm pleased they've just rolled it into the standard spec.

Dual chargers have been dropped because apparently they're not very commonly ordered anyway, and the arrival of the CHAdeMO adaptor has reduced their popularity even further.

Various other prices have also changed - paint is more expensive for example.
