Looking for someone to do a lease assumption of a Garage kept Tesla 2015 Model S. It was fully loaded at the time of purchase which includes auto-pilot. The monthly payment is 1906.42 for about 15 remaining months. You can then purchase it for $74,762 at the end of lease or just return it if you want to.

It was a company car for a shareholder that recently retired. The car is not driven now. You will be assuming the lease from Wells Fargo Leasing and you must be able to qualify for the lease with a decent income. We are open to negotiation on the lease amount and will pay the difference if we don't already have a better offer.

Nice car, especially with the ultra rare Executive Rear Seats. BTW, those are 21" wheels.

I just bought a P85D, so here's my (unsolicited) advice...

You're asking 15*$1900+$74k equals about $102k, I think that's about $20k too high, I'm sorry to say.

Used P85Ds are going for between $80k and $85k for clean examples, and many for quite a bit below that for higher mileage or auction cars, so let's just say an average of $80k. I bought mine for $86k, but it also had the rare Performance Plus suspension. You don't mention how many miles are on this car or if it has the extended warranty or service plans.

So that's big delta from what you're asking. And if someone is looking to just lease a car, they could lease a loaded 2016 P100D with Ludicrous mode for under $1900 (for 36 months).

Good luck with the sale or lease take-over.

The car has 8000 miles on it. You don't have to buy the car at the end of it. Personally, I wouldn't. But, if someone would like something to put 33k miles on in a year, it would be a good deal. Someone in that drives a long way to work for instance for the next year.

I also mentioned that we would cover a cost. So, if you offer 1200/month for example, we would cover the remaining 700/month.

If I didn't already have a Tesla X & S, I would definitely make an offer. But, I don't need 3 Tesla's at this time.
